Longevity & Active Ageing Resilience
For active adults who want to keep doing what they love — skiing, hiking, golfing, travelling — for the years ahead.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You're not ready to slow down
You're noticing changes — in your balance, your strength, your recovery time, your confidence on the mountain. You're not injured. You're not in crisis. But you can feel that something is shifting, and you want to get ahead of it.
Or perhaps you've received a diagnosis — osteopenia, osteoporosis, or another indicator of age-related physical change — and you want to respond proactively rather than reactively.
Ronnie works with active adults at every stage of this process. Her longevity clients are often in their 60s, 70s, and 80s — still skiing, still hiking, still determined to keep going — who want expert, personalised support to do exactly that.
WHAT LONGEVITY MEANS HERE
Active, independent, and confident for the long term
Longevity isn't about slowing the ageing process. It's about training the systems your body relies on - strength, power, balance, mobility, endurance - so that the things you love remain possible.
As we age, the physical capacities we don't actively maintain begin to decline. The good news is that with the right, specific training and consistency, meaningful improvement is possible at any age.
Ronnie has seen it repeatedly: clients in their 70s building real strength for the first time, clients in their 80s regaining the confidence to ski again.
This work is also connected to how you live day to day: sleep, hydration, nutrition, recovery, and overall lifestyle all play a direct role in how your body responds to training and how well it functions over time.
