Requesting a consultation through this Site does not guarantee acceptance as a client. Valley Fix PT reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether a prospective client is an appropriate fit for the services offered. All physical therapy services are provided on a private-pay basis; Valley Fix PT does not bill insurance, including Medicare.
