Performance & Sport

For recreational players and athletes who want to move better, hurt less, and keep playing the sports they love.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Still playing, and wanting to play better

You love your sport. Skiing, golf, pickleball, tennis, or hiking is part of your life in the Valley. But something has shifted: discomfort during or after activity, a reduction in confidence, a movement pattern that doesn't feel right.

Or maybe you simply want to perform better and know your body can do more.

Ronnie brings something unusual to this work: 13 years as a professional alpine ski racer, deep knowledge of biomechanics across multiple sports, and the experience of serving as a private PT at the 2026 Paralympic Winter Games.

She understands elite athletic movement and she applies that understanding to recreational athletes who want to keep doing what they love.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sport-specific assessment and training

Ronnie doesn't just assess you in a room — she comes to you in your sport environment. On the mountain, at the golf course, on the court. Watching how you actually move within the demands of your sport is often what reveals what a clinic-based assessment misses.Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, one-on-one, and come to you.

  • Sport-specific movement analysis — on-site where possible

  • Testing of strength, mobility, flexibility, power, and endurance specific to your sport

  • Identification of movement inefficiencies, compensations, and areas of vulnerability

  • Highly individualised programme: strength, power, mobility, endurance, sport-specific drills

  • Warm-up and cool-down protocols tailored to your sport

  • Guidance on recovery, load management, and injury prevention

Sports most commonly worked with: Alpine skiing, golf, pickleball, tennis, hiking.

THE GOAL

Keep playing. Play better.

Ronnie's biggest goal in this work is simple: help clients continue doing the specific sports they love, pain-free and with confidence. Not just for this season — for the years ahead.

Credentials

Ronnie holds a Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) certification from Evidence in Motion: advanced, post-graduate training in evidence-based pain science and treatment. She is also completing a Lifestyle Medicine certification, which deepens her work with nutrition, sleep, and long-term health factors that contribute to persistent pain
